IoT Development with Built-In Cloud

Particle produces a range of IoT development boards and modules that integrate directly with Particle's cloud platform — providing device management, over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates, and data pipelines out of the box. Where ESP32 requires you to build your own cloud infrastructure, Particle handles it for you.

Particle's product line includes Wi-Fi (Photon 2, Argon), cellular LTE (Boron, B-Series), and mesh networking (deprecated Xenon) modules. They are programmed using Particle's Wiring-based language (similar to Arduino) and are particularly popular in professional IoT deployments where device fleet management is a requirement.
